What is owner financing?
Owner financing is a financing arrangement in which the seller agrees to accept installment payments directly from the buyer rather than having the buyer obtain a loan from a bank.
Owner financing is a useful tool that provides buyers with easier qualification and repayment terms than a traditional mortgage while providing sellers with monthly income.
Rent-to-own/Lease Purchase
The other option is rent-to-own/lease purchase. We advise our customers to avoid this option at any cost because you do not get a Deed to the property. No Deed means you are not the owner and you can lose your home, even though you pay as agreed and on time. Simply because the owner can go through bankruptcy, divorce, lawsuit, IRS tax liens. They can even die, change their mind or don’t cooperate.

Once you have completed your application and completed your phone consultation, please pay your non-refundable application fee. (Please note that this application fee is not credited to your down payment and closing cost and is separate from any lender/investor fees.)
